Pre work bike ride with Jess & Meg down the cuckoo trail .... Uphill all the way back so nice little effort, tho in more truth I was more impressed that Jess managed to get up and join us ;)

We were back just after 7am ;)

Plenty of time for me to get a shower and have brekki in garden before heading to work.

SUP session after work? Sounds like a good plan to me :)
